Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
This policy explains how Arti Sen Design (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and to run the website.
Who we are
Arti Sen Design is an interior architecture and design studio based in Chiswick, London W4. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about it at arti.sen@gmail.com or on +44 (0) 7553 163 121.
What we collect
- When you contact us: the details you enter in our contact or project enquiry forms, which are your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the subject and your message.
- When you email or call us: your contact details and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
- When you browse the site: anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as which pages are viewed, the referring website and the type of device. This does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project, which is in our legitimate interest and, where you ask us for a proposal, a step towards entering into a contract with you.
- To keep the website secure and protect our forms from spam and abuse, which is in our legitimate interest.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it, using anonymous statistics only.
We will never sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website, and they only process your information on our instructions:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, delivers form messages to our inbox, provides the Turnstile check that keeps spam out of our forms, and provides our anonymous analytics.
- Google provides our email service, so messages you send us are stored in our Gmail inbox.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for up to six years after the project ends for our records. Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within two years.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it to you or someone else. To make a request, email arti.sen@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
